Real Estate Agents, Strata Managers and Government housing
homes/units all over Sydney.

nature of rectifying pest problems for tenants as quickly as possible.

and environmentally friendly. These chemicals are designed to cause
no adverse heath affects particularly in sensitive situations.

When we receive a work order from you, our customer, we take full
control and take the worry and fuss away from you.

We follow up with the client until the job is complete.

Letters of intent are required by the amended Pesticides
Regulation 1995 code that came into force on the 1st February 2007.
Leader Pest Control will send the owner/occupier a letter giving proper
notice of intent to treat the customers dwelling or premises.
We will also call and visit your customer if required and as necessary

This amended code applies to multiple occupancy
residential complexes with 3 or more tenants.
