A termite inspection is a visual inspection of the building and property including the roof void, sub floor, internal and external timbers. It also includes fences and tree's that are within 50m of the property on your property. You are provided with a written report that complies to AS3660. This Australian standard strongly recommends twelve (12) monthly inspections or six (6) monthly in high risk area's |
